About the job 

This role is ideal for someone who combines deep quality and regulatory expertise with operational pragmatism - a leader who understands how to build lean, scalable, and fit-for-purpose quality systems that support both compliance and business growth. 

You will have the opportunity to influence how quality operates across the organization, drive evolution of an established QMS, and implement efficient ways of working that enable the business to operate with both confidence and speed.  

You will be part of the Quality & Regulatory Affairs Department, reporting to the Director of the Department, and lead a team of three direct reports.  

What you'll do

• Drive the continued evolution of the Quality Management System (QMS), with a focus on simplifying processes, enabling scalability, and supporting efficient, high-quality operations as the organization grows. 
• Lead and develop the quality team, providing clear direction, coaching, and support 
• Oversee key operational quality activities, including CAPA, nonconformance management, change control, internal audits, document management, and supplier quality 
• Support selection and implementation of an eQMS solution 
• Contribute to the development of quality and compliance processes in emerging areas such as AI, machine learning, and data management 
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks, including ISO 13485, MDR Article 10, MDSAP, and QMSR 
• Apply pragmatic, risk-based thinking to quality and compliance challenges, balancing regulatory requirements with business needs 
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure quality practices enable efficient and effective ways of working 

Experience & skills

• MSc or BSc in engineering, life sciences, or a related field relevant to medical device quality and regulatory affairs 
• Extensive experience in Quality Management within the medical device industry 
• Strong expertise in ISO 13485 and medical device quality management systems, including experience with MDSAP and FDA QMSR requirements. 
• Solid knowledge of the European Medical Device Regulation (EU MDR). 
• Strong understanding and practical application of ISO 14971 risk management principles  
• Lead auditor experience, including planning, conducting, and leading internal and external audits  
• Proven leadership experience, including leading and developing teams  
• A hands-on and pragmatic leader who enjoys improving processes and solving operational challenges 
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken 

Meriting experience

• Experience implementing, optimizing, or validating eQMS solutions  
• Experience with medical device design and development processes, including software lifecycle processes under IEC 62304  
• Experience with Cybersecurity requirements for medical devices. 
• Experience with AI/ML-enabled medical devices. 
• Lead Auditor certification

About the role

This role offers the best of both worlds, combining hands-on technical work with people leadership. You will have personnel responsibility for a team of 8–12 developers while remaining an active contributor to the development of RayStation, our Treatment Planning System.

As a Group Manager, you focus on enabling your team to succeed. You support and develop your employees through regular one-on-one conversations, competence development, and recruitment. You will not be alone in your leadership role, but part of a collaborative management context with support from both peers and the wider organization.

In your role as a developer, you work close to the domain on technically demanding solutions and contribute to building robust, scalable systems. Depending on your background, you will work across backend, frontend, or full-stack development, contributing to architecture and system design. Our solutions are built using modern architectural principles such as Domain-Driven Design, event-driven systems, and asynchronous communication, in an environment where security, data integrity, and reliable system communication are critical. Your technical expertise will have a direct and meaningful impact on patient care.

Your profile

You have a strong technical foundation in .NET development and a clear interest in taking responsibility for both people and technical delivery. With a humble and communicative leadership style, you build trust and take ownership of people-related topics such as performance conversations, competence development, and recruitment, with support from the organization. To succeed in this role, you bring:

• A Master’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent academic background
• At least 7 years of experience developing complex products using .NET
• A genuine interest in people leadership and personnel responsibility
• Experience from leadership roles or informal leadership in development teams
• A strong drive to contribute to and further develop the engineering organization
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Previous experience in a role with formal people management responsibility together with fluency in Swedish is not required but considered as highly meritorious.

About the role

As a System Developer within cybersecurity, you will play a key role in shaping our secure development practices. You will work closely with development teams to embed security into the software development lifecycle and ensure that our products follow industry-leading standards. The role combines hands-on application security work—such as secure code reviews, threat modeling, and penetration testing—with knowledge sharing, training, and collaborative support to help teams make informed security decisions.

This is an ideal role for a developer who enjoys cybersecurity and wants to contribute by guiding others, elevating security awareness, and helping teams work securely and effectively together.

Your main tasks

• Work with development teams to implement application security best practices throughout the SDLC.
• Participate in threat modeling (e.g., STRIDE) and risk assessments for new and existing applications.
• Assist in designing and implementing cybersecurity controls in products.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks and standards.
• Contribute to developer security awareness training and promote secure development practices.
• Perform secure code reviews, static/dynamic analysis, and penetration testing.
• Develop and maintain secure coding guidelines and security documentation.
• Support the preparation of cybersecurity documentation for regulated products (including FDA-related frameworks).

Your profile

You are a developer with a strong interest in cybersecurity and secure design. You enjoy sharing knowledge, collaborating with others, and supporting development teams in building secure solutions. Required skills

• Strong understanding of software development practices and the ability to read, analyze, and evaluate code for security and quality aspects. 
• Strong understanding of application security principles (e.g., OWASP Top 10, secure coding).
• Experience with threat modeling and risk analysis.
• Excellent ability to produce clear, structured security and compliance documentation.

It’s an advantage, but not required, if you also have experience of:

• Working in regulated environments (e.g., medical devices, embedded systems).
• Hands-on experience with security testing tools (e.g., SonarQube, Burp Suite).
• Familiarity with FDA cybersecurity guidelines, the IEC 8100x series, or IEC 62443 for industrial/embedded systems.
• Integrating security into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions).

You’ll work closely with developers and DevOps engineers across several products — including our oncology information system and treatment planning system — to optimize build pipelines, release processes, and development workflows. • Manage build and release flows using pipelines

• Create and manage tools using the Azure DevOps API to input and output information
