Senior Investor Relations Specialist

The position

As Investor Relations Specialist, you will have the overall responsibility for managing communication between RaySearch and our investors—ensuring transparency, trust, and compliance with market regulations. You will work closely with senior management, as well as the finance, legal, and marketing teams, to develop and deliver financial reports, investor presentations, and disclosures.

A key part of the role is developing and implementing RaySearch’s investor relations strategy and plan. You will be responsible for driving proactive and timely communication with the capital market, including identifying, preparing, and publishing both mandatory and strategic press releases. Your work will help position RaySearch in a clear and compelling way to investors and contribute to building long-term trust and supporting the company’s market value.

You will be part of our Finance team and report directly to the CFO.

Main tasks:

• Develop and implement the company’s IR strategy.
• Manage the end-to-end process for the annual report, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Lead the production and publication of quarterly and financial reports.
• Develop key financial communications, including statements and business descriptions.
• Produce and publish press releases in line with MAR and other regulations.
• Plan and participate in investor events to enhance engagement.
• Coordinate PR communication efforts and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the investor relations section of the company website and maintain content accuracy.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Communication team and maintain consistent “tone of voice” across all channels.

Your profile

You are a strategic communicator with solid experience in investor relations. You enjoy working collaboratively with different teams and are comfortable managing reporting processes while keeping compliance in mind. You take pride in building and maintaining strong relationships with investors and stakeholders. You are structured, proactive, and committed to high-quality, compliant communication.

Experience & skills:

• Experience in investor relations is a requirement
• Work at listed companies with good understanding of the stock market regulations, especially market abuse regulation.
• Skilled in expressing messages in writing and experience from working with press releases, annual- and interim reports.
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Fluent in English and Swedish
• International context is an advantage
