Application Specialist

RaySearch is looking for an additional Application Specialist to strengthen the team . With your clinical expertise as a Certified Dosimetrist, you're eager to contribute to an innovative project. About the position

Based in France, you will be part of the dynamic RaySearch France Service team, responsible for providing support and training to our clients primarily in France, the Maghreb countries, and Switzerland. You’ll enjoy an international work environment, collaborating closely with colleagues in Support and our distributors across the United States, Europe, and the Asia/Pacific region. You will enable our current clients to improve their clinical practice and will participate in presentations of our Treatment Planning System, RayStation, and our Oncology Information System, RayCare, for potential new clients.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Serve as an intermediary between clients and product development; proactively articulating regional needs within the PCP.
  • Provide professional application assistance and support to the Marketing, Sales, Research, Development, and other subsidiaries.
  • Deliver excellent training and application support to clients, colleagues, and Distributor Application Specialists.
  • Actively contribute to the Service team to ensure that client expectations are exceeded.
  • Support Marketing and Sales activities during congresses, conferences, and seminars, as needed.
  • Maintain long-term positive relationships with clients by using their feedback.

The role involves traveling to clients more than 50% of the working time, primarily within RaySearch France's area of responsibility.

Your profile

Experience and Skills

  • You have at least five years of experience in a relevant field. 
  • Certified Dosimetrist level with clinical experience in radiotherapy; proton experience is appreciated.
  • Experience as an Application Specialist in the medical device industry in general and radiotherapy in particular.
  • Mobility and interest in travel.
  • You are a native French speaker.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Skills

  • Clinical experience with RayStation, Citrix, and OIS (Oncology Information System).
  • Experience in organizing and conducting training, seminars, and demonstrations.
  • Experience in customer and commercial support.
  • Additional language skills (preferably European languages and Arabic).
  • Experience working in international environments.
