We are now looking for a Sales Manager to join our Sales & Market Development team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales activities, developing customer relationships, and expanding RaySearch's presence across the Indian market. Preferred locations include Mumbai, Bangalore, New Delhi, Chennai, or Hyderabad.
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for sales, business development, and customer satisfaction within your assigned territory. You will work closely with customers throughout the sales cycle, from identifying opportunities and understanding customer needs to contract negotiations, implementation follow-up, and long-term relationship management. You will collaborate with colleagues across RaySearch and play an active role in executing regional sales and marketing initiatives. The position requires frequent travel within the territory and participation in industry conferences and customer meetings.
We are looking for a commercially driven professional who combines strong relationship-building skills with an interest in healthcare technology.
You are a customer-focused and business-oriented professional with a strong ability to build long-term relationships and create trust with customers and stakeholders. You communicate clearly and confidently, whether presenting solutions, conducting demonstrations, or negotiating business opportunities. As a self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills, you are comfortable managing multiple priorities and driving activities independently while effectively collaborating with colleagues across international teams. You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and are willing to travel extensively throughout your territory to support customers and drive business growth.
